Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes & Options

We aim to deliver all standard orders within approximately 12–15 days, depending on product availability and order requirements.

If required, express delivery may be available, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 4–7 days, subject to product availability. Additional charges will apply for express shipping.

We also offer an economy shipping option, which provides a 15% discount on the order total, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 48–60 days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched once processing has been completed. Responsibility and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery.

Order Adjustments

If you wish to make changes to your shipping method after placing an order, please contact us at support@propacktion.co.uk as soon as possible.

Where adjustments are possible, we will confirm the changes and process any applicable price differences or refunds accordingly.

Delays & External Factors

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery arising from such events.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, refusal, or unavailability, any additional delivery or redelivery costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including transport issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including photographs where required. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product type, order volume and shipping method selected. While we aim to fulfil all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur and should be expected in certain circumstances.
